All Model Work is mounted on articulators of various design.
Your models are mounted and returned to your office mounted on the
ABS composite articulators or mounting rings intact so you can see how the case was completed.

Alloys for Full Gold Crowns are the basic four types.
Alloys for PFM's are Non-Precious, Semi- Precious and High Noble ceramic alloys.
Captek is a 22K high noble alloy with Platinum, Rhodium, and Pladium.
Implant Supported Prosthesis. Whether it involves porcelain fused to metal crowns, full or partial dentures we have a lot of experience in fabrication. Since the 1970's, when implant dentistry first began in the US for most laboratories, we have been right there learning and teaching as we go. Today we can work on almost any make of implant and its components. Because we are a full service laboratory, all department personnel work together to complete cases properly. The crown and bridge technicians truly do know what the denture technician needs and also the crown and bridge technician and the partial technologist as well, know what techniques are used to properly build the final restoration. Combination implant cases are always reviewed and studied as a small group to insure continuity in fabrication.
Porcelain, Porcelain, Porcelain. Rest assured we use only ADA, NADL along with PDA, CIA and FBI approved ceramics for our PFM's As far as we are concerned it is the technologist that makes the PFM work, not really the ceramic material. Now granted, there is some very beautiful porcelain out there. However, if you don't know what you're doing, you can ruin any great material, so please trust us. We do know porcelain. We have been building porcelain and studying dental anatomy since 1961, and can espouse the endless virtues and strength characteristics of them all. If you need to know, just ask and we will fill you in.
